After an initial enquiry, each client will be assigned to a team consisting of: an Account Manager, Order Manager and Artworker. 

Your designated Account Manager will be your contact for quotes or information about future projects. Your Order Manager will be able to help check the progress of an order and provide shipment information, once an order has been prepared for dispatch. Your Order Manager will also be the one who sends over visuals and order acknowledgments for your approval before production.
